Confidential/Valuable Cargo (VC)
Delivery is done using the shorted Transit time available. This includes (Precious Metals, Minerals, Chemicals and other Treasures items “Precious materials”). M and N Freights will not be liable for any parcel that the content was not declared.
All Precious Metals/Stones shall be shipped as M AND N FREIGHTS’ Premium Service (48-72 hours):
M AND N FREIGHTS shall not accept any Liability for Valuable Cargo that has not been shipped as same,
All Waybills must clearly be marked for the Valuable Cargo and the value stated; and
All Valuable Cargo must be shipped after declaring and showing proof that they are legally owned and not from an illegal source.
No collection of Valuable Cargo shall take place if any of the above terms and conditions are not fully met and complied with.
Face to Face (F2F)
Delivery to the person specified on the Waybill ONLY.
KYC - FICA / RICA – By this, we are equipped to deliver simcards, credit cards, which requires compliance by the courier with regulations enacted in terms of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, 2001 (“FICA”), including the collection and return to the client of Identity Documents and Proof of Residence (“POR”).
Face-to-face deliveries are also offered on the basis that M AND N FREIGHTS is only entitled to deliver to the specified consignee against receipt of signature and proof of identity.
Firearm Service
In addition to M AND N FREIGHTS’ Standard Terms and Conditions, the following terms and conditions shall apply –
All Firearms shall be shipped as M AND N FREIGHTS’ Premium Service (48-72 hours):
M AND N FREIGHTS shall not accept any Liability for the Firearm Services,
All Waybills must clearly be marked for the Firearm Service; and
All Firearms must be shipped after declaring and showing proof that they are legally owned.
No collection of Firearms shall take place if any of the above terms and conditions are not fully met and complied with.
